I offer 1:1 coaching for thoughtful, self-reflective people who feel emotionally blocked. If self-criticism or anxiety are getting in the way of your ambitions, or you simply wish more freedom and ease in your life, this may be a good fit for you.
I use the Option Method, a process of guided self-discovery with ties to CBT and Coherence Therapy. Rather than just manage or counteract symptoms, it aims to identify and resolve the hidden emotional beliefs that cause unwanted patterns.
My attitude is non-prescriptive and non-judgmental: there is no practical advice-giving and no pressure to change - simply put: no "shoulding". My questions gently guide you to discover the core emotional issues that underlie your patterns.
Most clients report discovering something genuinely new about themselves, even after years of serious self-inquiry, and in some cases achieve lasting emotional shifts.
